Where an item is temporarily unavailable, an order may be partially shipped or placed on backorder. You will be notified by email of any backorder status and the estimated date of fulfillment, where known.

4. Independent Sales Representatives and Staff Ordering Authority

You acknowledge and agree that independent sales representatives authorized by Justin David Textiles, as well as Justin David Textiles staff, may:

• Access customer account information necessary to service accounts
• Review order history
• Submit sample requests or orders on behalf of customers (for example, when a customer places an order by phone, email, or fax)
• Facilitate account management and product inquiries

Independent representatives operate as independent contractors and may represent multiple manufacturers, brands, or businesses.

By engaging with an authorized representative or Justin David Textiles staff member, you consent to their access and use of your account information solely for business and order-related purposes.

5. Future Paid Orders

The Site may introduce paid ordering capabilities in the future.

If paid transactions become available, additional terms regarding:

• Payment
• Taxes
• Shipping charges
